Jamiat-e-Ahle Hadith, J&K
Jamiat Ahlehadees[1] J&K[2](جمعية أهل الحديث بجامو وكشمير) is a non-political Islamic religious organization[3] in the Indian Administered Kashmir. Jamiat e Ahlhadith Azad Kashmir is its Branch in Pakistan Administeted Kashmir .The main motive of this organisation is to practice and propagate Salafism in the region. The organization has lakhs of followers across the Region .[4] Jamiat Ahle hadees Hind And Jamiat e Ahlihadith Pakistan are considered as the organizations adhering the same ideology in India and Pakistan respectively.

The organization has many educational centers across the state imparting the Islamic education and some schools operating under Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education. The organization planned to open a university in Kashmir but hasn't been able to do so due to some government concerns. The planned university was scheduled to be named as "Trans World Muslim University".[5] The headquarters of the organization is located in Barbarshah, Srinagar. The former President of the organization was martyred in a blast when he was approaching the grand mosque in Gawkadal for Friday prayers.[6][7] The organization holds religious conferences across the state each year in which many scholars of India actively participate.[8] The organization has many charitable diagnostic test centers in Kashmir which provide medical facilities at a relatively less and affordable cost. The main test center is located at headquarters in Barbashah locality of Srinagar and samples are collected at different places like Soura.[9]
The Pulwama district President Mr Gh. Nabi Bandh holds a key position in this organisation as he has rendered tremendous services for this organization. Currently, Prof. Ghulam Mohd. Bhat AlMadani is the President[10] of Jamiat Ahlehadees Jammu & Kashmir, Dr.Abdul Lateef al-Kindee its vice-president and Abdul Hakeem Wani as its general secretary. Mufti Muhammad Yaqoob Baba Almadani Serves As Grand Mufti of Organisations and Salafis Of Kashmir And Greater Kashmir Areas.
Structure
Jamiat e Ahlihadith Kashmir has Structure as Follows.
Amir : Equivalent of President, is the Executive head of the organisation.
Two Vice Presidents One each for
Two Vice Presidents One each for Jammu Region and Jehlum Valley. They Assist the president in administrative work and VP Jehlum acts as president iff President is Absent.
Secretary Organisation (الأمين العام) (ناظم اعلیٰ) this person looks after Organisational frame work and Is Chairman Salafia Muslim Educational and Research Trust (المجلس السلفي للتربية والبحوث الكشمير)Of the Organisation.

The organisation has the lowest level as Unit Jamiat which functions as the practical institutions in Every locality in Kashmir. Halqa Jamiat follows Unit Jamiat. Which is followed by Tehsil Jamiat, Tehsil Jamiat is Followed by District Jamiat.
The organisation At current has about 900 Masajids Across Kashmir and affiliated with every Masjid is A Madarasa which Is affiliated to SMERT.
Education
The Organisation is Primarily An Islamic Organisation Devoted to propagation of Islamic Teachings in Greater Himalayan Region Of Kashmir.
The organisation Do Have Numerous No of Primary Islamic Educational Institutions perhaps in Every locality of Kashmir.
However the Organisation also have institutions of contemporary Modern Education across which count 150. The include Higher Secondaries, High Schools and Primary Schools.
The organisation has many Colleges affiliated with Islamic University Of Medina.(الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة)
