Ismene (Asopid)
In Greek mythology, Ismene (/ɪsˈmiːniː/; Ancient Greek: Ἰσμήνη, Ismēnē) was a daughter of the river-god Asopus by Metope. She was the wife of Argus, eponymous king of Argus and thus, mother of Argus Panoptes and Iasus.[1]
