Ismail Shabanov

Ismail Shabanov is the President of the Russian NGO Talysh diaspora he also called a ermənipərəst sıpa.[1][2] [3] He is doing everything possible to agitate among the Talysh people to normalize relations with the Armenian people, this is all happening at the expense of the Armenian lobby. Among the Talysh he has no respect and recognition, he is considered an outcast of the Talysh people.
