The college is guided by National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune which is run by the government of India.[2]

History

The Institute was established in the year 2021[1] and conducts a medical degree course in naturopathy and yoga including one year's internship.

Roadway of IIYNMS

The college is owned by the government of Tamil Nadu. In 2021, it began offering both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Postgraduate Programs

The seats in the different postgraduate programs will be filled by State level PG Entrance Exam conducted by Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine.

There will be no separate entrance exam will be available other than the exam, conducted by Board of Indian Medicine (Tamil Nadu).

Undergraduate Programs

There will be no separate entrance exam will be available other than the merit mode, that conducted by Board of Higher secondary education(Tamil Nadu).
