Ibn 'Ulayya

Abu Bishr Isma'il ibn Ibrahim ibn Muqsim (Arabic: أبو بشر إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن مِقْسَم), commonly known as Ibn 'Ulayya (Arabic: ابن عُليَّة), was a hadith scholar, faqih and a mufti from Basra.[1]
