Himbasha

Ambasha (Amharic: አምባሻ); or Himbasha (Tigrinya: ሕምባሻ)[1] is originally an Eritrean celebration bread that is slightly sweet.[2][3] It became popular in Ethiopian cuisine and is often served at special occasions. It is prepared in a number of varieties; however, the most distinctive flavoring is ground cardamom seeds.
