The following are the highest-grossing Indian-Punjabi films, as of February 2022.
Global gross figures


Carry on Jatta 2 (2018) is the highest-grossing Punjabi film of all time since June 2018. Worldwide collections of the film are ₹57.67 crore which involves ₹41.59 crore in India and ₹16.08 crore at overseas. Also, the film is the highest-grossing Punjabi film in India[1] while at overseas the highest-grossing film is Chal Mera Putt 2 (2020) which has grossed more than US$4.96 million.[2] Major markets for Punjabi films are India, Canada, United States, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand with Canada being the biggest overseas market.[3] sharan Most of the films which are in the list are romantic comedy or comedy films.
In this chart, films are ranked by the revenues from theatrical exhibition at their nominal value, along with the highest positions they attained. Twenty-five films in total have grossed in excess of ₹20 crore worldwide, out of which thirteen have grossed over ₹30 crore, five have grossed over ₹45 crore, four have grossed over ₹50 crore and two have grossed over ₹55 crore, with Carry on Jatta 2 ranked at the top position.[4]
