Views

In one profile, her views were described as follows: “The political figure Andrews most admires is Marine Le Pen, the leader of France's far-right National Front party, but Trump is not far behind in her estimation. ‘I know a lot of people in the US like him because he's a bomb-thrower, speaks his mind, upsets the establishment,’ she says. ‘Those are things about him that I like, too. But I guess I'm probably in the minority of people who gravitated to Trump primarily based on policy rather than style.’”[8] After Vladimir Putin’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine and indiscriminate shelling of civilians, Andrews appeared to embrace a policy of appeasement toward the Russian Federation’s aggression.[9]

CSPAN Incident

In a 2010 panel discussion to promote a conservative book, Andrews (then Rittelmeyer) was part of a viral moment where co-panelist and ex-partner Todd Seavey openly made a number of accusations against her. Those included opposing ObamaCare in order to increase human suffering, being in favor of repealing laws against assault for similar reasons, as well as infidelity.[10] The original clip was posted by C-SPAN and received over half a million views, and has since been re-uploaded.[11]
