Hayat Van Eck
Hayat Van Eck (born May 30, 2001) is a Turkish actor of Dutch descent. He played the World Weightlifting Champion Naim Suleymanoglu as the lead actor in the movie Pocket Hercules: Naim Suleymanoglu, where his life story is told.[1]
Personal life
Born in Amsterdam to a Dutch father and a Turkish mother originally from Ankara, Van Eck lived in the Netherlands until the age of 6, then moved with his family to Izmir, where he grew up.[2] Van Eck, who played the role of Gaza in the 2017 film Daha, written by Onur Saylak, received many awards, especially the Promising Young Actor award at the 24th Adana Golden Cocoon Film Festival for this performance.
