Great Khural of Tuva
The Great Khural of the Republic of Tyva (Tuvan: Тыва Республиканың Дээди Хуралы (парламентизи), romanized: Tyva Respublikanyng Deedi Huraly, pronounced [tʰɯˈʋa resˈpʰuplikanɯŋ teːti xuˈralɯ pʰaɾˈlamẽtʰizi]; Russian: Верховный Хурал (парламент) Республики Тыва, tr. Verkhovnyy Khural (parlament) Respubliki Tyva) is the legislative (representative) authority of the Republic of Tyva. It replaced the former Supreme Council in 1994. The Republic of Tyva is a federal subject of Russia (a republic, also defined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation as a state).[1]
