Synopsis

The inspirational true story of the veteran interplanetary vehicle Opportunity, nicknamed Oppy, a Mars rover who originally was expected to live for only 90 days but ultimately explored Mars for nearly 15 years.

In March 2021, it was announced that Amazon Studios, Film 45, Amblin Television and Tripod Media are co-producing Good Night Oppy, a feature about the Mars exploration rover Opportunity.[1][2]
