Giraudi

Giraudi Group is a conglomerate based in the Principality of Monaco. Primarily known as an importer/exporter in the meat industry, the group also owns several restaurants and retail chains. It was founded by Erminio Giraudi in the 1960s[1] and employs 340 people in Monaco and a total of 700 people worldwide.[2]

Business Activities

Giraudi is the primary exporter of French beef and Dutch veal and an importer of hormone-free Black Angus beef.[3][4] In 2015, Giraudi launched its own lines of processed meats. These include Gourmet Boutique Burgers, Kobe Kreations and Smiley Meals (in partnership with the Smiley Company).[5]

The group opened its first restaurant, Beefbar, in 2005.[6] It also owns fine dining restaurants Mozza, Song Qi,[7] La Salière, Moshi Moshi,[8] and Beeftro[9]), as well as fast casual restaurants Grubers, Indochine, and the Pantone Cafe.[10] In 2017, it reopened the iconic ANAHI in Le Marais, Paris.[11]

Giraud also owns discount clothing store Fashion Factory and jewelry brand Miss Bibi, the latter created by Giraudi's daughter Brigitte.[12]
