Germano Francisco Legaspi
Germano Francisco G. Legaspi (born January 29, 1969) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. He succeeded Justice Amelita Toentino who retired on January 2015. He currently serves as the senior member in the 5th Division of the Court of Appeals under the chairpersonship of Justice Apolinario Dado Bruselas, Jr, and is serving alongside Roberto Patdu Quiroz as its junior member.[1]
