Early life and education

Bernstein grew up in Larchmont, New York[2] where she attended a Jewish summer camp and led a youth group.[3] In 2001, she graduated from Syracuse University where she studied theatre.[4][2]

Career

Bernstein is the author of nine books, including The Universe Has Your Back, Super Attractor and the upcoming Happy Days (on sale February 2022). Bernstein teaches primarily from the text A Course In Miracles.[5]

In 2009, Bernstein appeared in The New York Times as a "guru" for the next generation.[1] Bernstein appeared on Oprah’s SuperSoul Sunday as a “next-generation thought leader.” The Oprah Winfrey Network included Bernstein in the “SuperSoul 100”.[6]

She co-hosted the Guinness World Records’ largest guided meditation with Deepak Chopra, and appears regularly on Today and Good Morning America among other publications.[6]

Personal life

Bernstein had a child, Oliver, with husband Zach Rocklin in December 2018.[7]
