Story
The game originally was released without much plot as it centered around the premise of being the first soccer-MMORPG.[2] After two expansions, however, the game lore was developed and released through the official forums. The story centered around a cartoon supervillain businesswoman Van who is pictured on the cover art in pink hair and a skirt who bought an American soccer team called The Lightning Wolves and recruited the top 3 soccer players in the world to play for them.
Attacker Ken who is considered one of the best martial artists in the world before turning pro in soccer. He is pictured with reddish-brown hair and in a red jersey.
Helper Luong who was the captain of the army soccer team and was pictured in a green jacket with grey hair.
Defender Quan who has purple hair and wears a blue shirt. He came from a wealthy family before becoming a star player.
The characters were inspired by real life individuals drawn from the production team's family and friends. It is said that those who could surpass these 3 legendary soccer players would win the most treasured trophy and most recognizable prize in all the soccer arenas. That prize is known as the Dragon Suit, which was a full body suit that made the player look like a red dragon. The first player to have ever won the Dragon Suit was Amiel, pictured in long black hair with a skateboard, and their name was spread and heard throughout the world which inspired every player after to rise up to the challenge.
Gameplay
The game featured a mix of realistic plus cartoon physics in an massive multiplayer online setting with instances rather than a perpetual sandbox world. Players start by creating a customizable character and then go on to compete with other players in soccer matches that allowed for special signature moves with animation effects. Players can befriend others complete with a leaderboard and other MMO standard features. You can use the in-game money from matches to buy power-ups and items. There are also many quests that can be completed for rewards.[3]
