History

In 1990, Fortune International Group expanded its sales by releasing a proprietary sales and development platform.

In 2004, the company completed Jade Residences project, a residential skyscraper in Brickell, Miami.

In 2013, the group begun sales and construction of Jade Signature which was the fourth "jade" building by Fortune International Group. Jade Signature was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and has 57 stories.[2] Jade Signature received $284 million loan from HSBC in September 2014.[3][4]

Other development projects includes Hyde Resort and Residences in Hollywood,[5] Auberge Beach Residences in Fort Lauderdale,[6] and The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.[7]
