The club won the Scottish Junior Cup in 1946 and currently play in the East of Scotland Football League.
On 2 May 2020, Chris Mackie was appointed as new manager at Fauldhouse United.[1]
On 3 October 2022, Colin Hendry was appointed new manager at Fauldhouse United.
