Eglantine (song)
"Eglantine" is a song written by Robert and Richard Sherman for the 1971 Walt Disney musical film Bedknobs and Broomsticks. Professor Emelius Browne (played by David Tomlinson) sings the song in an attempt to persuade his student witch, Miss Eglantine Price (played by Angela Lansbury), to become the assistant in his phoney magic shows, which she is incredibly reluctant to do. Mr. Browne tells Miss Price:
You possess the know-how
And I command the show-how
Oh, how successful you could be with me
