The company was founded in Helmond in 2012.[2] In October 2021 Ebusco went public on Euronext Amsterdam. As of 2021, 346 Ebusco buses are in service in seven European countries.[3]
Ebusco has manufacturing facilities in Deurne in the Netherlands, with final assembly for some models taking place in China.[3][1] It also plans to start production in Australia for the domestic and New Zealand market in collaboration with Australian Bus Corporation.
