Dhawal Shamsher Rana
Dhawal Shamsher Rana (Nepali: धवल शम्शेर राणा) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Rastriya Prajatantra Party.[1] Shumsher is the mayor of Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City in Banke.[2]
