Kondrakov is a product of FC Zorya Luhansk and FC Azovstal Mariupol youth sportive school systems. At the Zorya sports school among his first coaches were Anatoliy Baranov, Oleksandr Zadorozhnyi, Yuriy Dudnyk.[1] Due to the 2014 Russian aggression against Ukraine, he moved to Zaporizhia where lives his grandfather and a basketball coach of local women team.[2] In 2015 Kondrakov trained with DYuSSh Metalurh and coached by Volodymyr Shapovalov.[2] Later he played for Metalurh U-19 Zaporizhia and Spartak-KPU in the Student League.[2] In 2016 Kondrakov joined the reformed Metalurh Zaporizhia that restarted in amateurs and led by Illya Blyznyuk.[2] As a footballer of Metalurh he made his debut in professional football on 13 September 2016 at away game of Round 9 against FC Real Pharma Odesa (Second League).[3]

At winter break during the 2016–17 season Oleh Lutkov invited Kondrakov to Skala where he played for the Skala under-19 team.[2]

He made his debut for FC Zirka as a substituted player in the second half-time in the match against FC Shakhtar Donetsk on 23 September 2017 in the Ukrainian Premier League.[4]

On 1 April 2019 Kondrakov signed with FC Rukh Vynnyky.[1]
