He previously played for the Widnes Vikings in the Super League and the Championship, and on loan from Widnes at the North Wales Crusaders in League 1. He has also played for the London Broncos in the Betfred Championship.[3]

Norman made his début for the Vikings in the Super League against the Salford Red Devils in June 2018.[4]

On 8 Jul 2021 it was reported that he had joined Salford Red Devils in the Super League on a short loan[5]

On 9 Aug 2021 it was reported that he had re-joined Salford Red Devils in the Super League on a one-week loan,[6] following the announcement of Prop Lee Mossop's immediate retirement due to injury.
