Eisenman's bent-toed gecko

Eisenman's bent-toed gecko (Cyrtodactylus eisenmanae) is a species of gecko, a lizard in the family Gekkonidae. The species is endemic to Vietnam.[1]

Etymology

The specific name, eisenmanae (feminine, genitive singular), is in honor of American conservationist Stephanie Eisenman of the World Wildlife Fund.[2]

Geographic range

C. eisenmanae is found in southwestern Vietnam, in Kiên Giang Province.[1]

Description

C. eisenmanae has an average snout-to-vent length (SVL) of 81 mm (3.2 in) and is chocolate brown.[3]

Reproduction

C. eisenmanae is oviparous.[1]
