Cranberry Area School District
The Cranberry Area School District is a small, rural, public school district which serves the residents of Cranberry Township, Pinegrove Township and Rockland Township in Venango County, Pennsylvania. Cranberry Area School District encompasses approximately 155 square miles. According to 2000 federal census data, it serves a resident population of 9,698. In 2009, the per capita income of district residents was $16,307, while the median family income was $39,203 a year.[1] In the Commonwealth, the median family income was $49,501 [2] and the United States median family income was $49,445, in 2010.[3]

The district operates Cranberry Jr/Sr High School (7th-12th) and Cranberry Elementary School (K-6th).
