This is a list of organisations that are associated with the British Conservative Party. Some are official party organisations, others are organisations made up of party members which are not officially recognised by the party.

Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists
The conservative Eurosceptic European political party that the Conservative Party was affiliated with when the United Kingdom was in the European Union. The reform of Eurorealism was offered, as opposed to total rejection of the EU (anti-EU-ism).[1]
Association of Conservative Clubs
The Association of Conservative Clubs is an organisation associated with the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom.
It represents and provides support to the largest association of political clubs in the country estimated at 1,100.

Conservative Environment Network
Conservative Environment Network is "an independent forum conservatives who support conservation and decarbonisation" that includes a Parliamentary Caucus of over 130 British Conservative Party Members of Parliament and Peers.[3]
Conservative Friends of America
Conservative Friends of America is an associated organisation affiliated with the British Conservative Party. Its primary focus is on improving United Kingdom–United States relations.[4] The group was an informal successor to The Atlantic Bridge, which was set up in 1997 with the same purpose.[5] The group is associated with Conservatives Abroad.[6]
It was founded in 2008 by Lichfield MP Michael Fabricant.[7][8] Then Leader of the Opposition, David Cameron was made the group's president, and then Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague was made vice-president. Patrons of the group included Michael Howard and Sir Malcolm Rifkind.[9] In March 2009, the group expanded membership to prospective parliamentary candidates.[10]
A number of Conservative MPs endorsed Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election.[11] When David Cameron became Prime Minister, the Conservative Party became increasingly friendly with the American Democratic Party under President Obama, and more opposed to their more traditional allies in the Republican Party.[12][13]
Mark Garnier has served as the Vice-Chair.[14]
As of 2020, there are three Conservative Members of the House of Commons that are UK-USA dual nationals; Greg Hands, Tobias Ellwood and Joy Morrissey.[15]
Conservative Friends of the Chinese
CFC is a membership organization which engages with the British Chinese community and on British–Chinese relations.[16]
Conservative Friends of Gibraltar
This was a lobby group within the Conservative Party opposed to any joint sovereignty of Gibraltar with Spain.
