Chaukhara
Chaukhara (Hindi: चौखड़ा, ) is a town in Domariaganj tehsil of Siddharthnagar district in the state of Uttar Pradesh,India.[1]

Geography
Chaukhara is located at 27°14′45.7″N 82°39′29.5″E. It has an average elevation of 110 metres (360 feet). Chaukhara is situated in the tarai (swamp) of north eastern Uttar Pradesh,5 KM away from tehsil headquarter Domariaganj and 60 KM away from district headquarter Siddharth Nagar only 30 KM away from the border of Nepal. Chaukhara is situated in the plains (doab) between two rivers, the Budhi Rapti to its north and Rapti to its south . The climate here is moderate, not very humid, with an average rainfall of about 50 inches.
