Cathedral of Saint George, Damascus
The Cathedral of Saint George is a Syriac Orthodox cathedral located in Bab Tuma, central Damascus, Syria. It is the headquarters of the Syriac Orthodox Eparchy of Damascus, of Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II of Antioch; acting as the seat of the Syriac Orthodox Church since 1959.[1][2][3]
