Carlito Calpatura

Carlito B. Capaltura (born January 2, 1963) is a Filipino judge who is currently serving as associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines.[1] He succeeded Justice Renato Francisco who was compulsorily retired on September 11, 2018.[2][3] He currently serves in the Seventeenth Division of the Court of Appeals under the chairpersonship of Maria Elisa Sempio-Diy and he is serving along with Jose Lorenzo Dela Rosa as its acting junior member.[4]
