Bukan County

Bukan County (Persian: شهرستان بوکان) is a county in West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. The county has two cities: Bukan and Simmineh, with the former being the capital. The county's population is 251,409 (74,250 families). The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Simmineh District.
