Benya Krik (Russian: Беня Крик, romanized: Benya Krik) is a 1926 Soviet silent film directed by Vladimir Vilner[1][2][3] and starring Yuri Shumsky as Benya Krik.

Benya Krik is a fictional character in Isaak Babel's collection of short stories, The Odessa Tales. He is a Jewish Russian gangster, and he and his gang of thugs are the main focus of the stories. An episode from the life of his family is presented in Babel's play Sunset.

The film was restored and supplied with English subtitles by the National Center for Jewish Film.[4]
