Bangladesh Railway Class 6100
Bangladesh Railway Class 6100 is a class of broad-gauge diesel-electric locomotives owned by Bangladesh Railway.[1][2]

Details
A total of 16 locomotives were manufactured by MLW in 1965 and are numbered 6101–6016. They are classified as BEM 20, where B = Broad gauge, E = Diesel-Electric, M = MLW and 20 = 20*100 hp.[3][4] They are diesel-electric hood-unit locomotives modeled ALCo DL543-RSD 34. They have a power of 2000 bhp with ALCo 4 stroke 12-251C prime mover with maximum speed of 106 km/h.
