Ashok Jivraj Rabheru
Ashok Jivraj Rabheru CVO DL (born 6 April 1952 in Morogoro, Tanzania) is a British businessman. He was appointed as Commander of the Victorian Order (CVO)[2][3] in the 2011 New Year Honours List for his extraordinary work for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. He served as a trustee for DofE from 2000 to 2010, and was a core member of the steering group to raise funds for the Golden Jubillee anniversary for DofE in 2006.[4] He still works as Chairman of the joint funding board for UK and international engagements.

Early life and education
Ashok was born in Morogoro, Tanzania, and emigrated to UK while he was 15 years old. Ashok earned his degree from University College London in (B.Sc.). He holds an (M.Phil.) from Royal Holloway, University of London in Applied Mathematics.
Career
Ashok started his IT career by forming Genisys Group[6] in the year 1985 with just 5 employees and today the company has grown to be a global IT services provider with 1000+ employees. Over the last three decades, the company has helped enterprises reimagine their businesses in the digital world, by offering comprehensive IT solutions backed with experience, commitment and strategy.
Personal and family life
Ashok is married to Harshida Jivraj Rabheru [2] having triplets: Rishi, Shayan and Nikita, and lives in Buckinghamshire, UK.
Social and charitable work
He served as a Trustee for DofE from the year 2000 till 2010 and was the core member of the steering group to raise funds for the Golden Jubilee anniversary for DofE in the year 2006.[7] He still works as Chairman of the Joint funding board for the UK and International engagements. Ashok is also an active supporter of charities like Combat Stress,[8] Debra[9] and also working with the Asian community.
Honours and Awards
In the same year when Ashok received CVO award, he was also appointed as Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire in 2011.[10]
