Ashkan

Ashkan (Persian: اشكان) is a unique Persian first name for boys, mostly in Iran and Germany. It has roots in the ancient Persian male name Ashk (اشک). The name translates to "Parthian King", as Ashk was the founder of the Parthian dynasty.[1][2] Other translations would be "Champion" or "Paladin".
