Life and career
McAfee was born in Los Angeles, California and was born with Type 1 Gaucher's disease. She started performing on stage when she was seven years old and began working on film projects a year later. She has been seen and heard in many commercials, films and television series.
In 1992, the true crime made-for-TV film When No One Would Listen was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Actress in a Television Movie, owing to Anndi McAfee's acting in the role of the main lead's young daughter, Maggie Cochran. McAfee's performance was well-received by critics, despite it being one of her earliest acting roles.[2] In 2004, McAfee graduated from California State University, Northridge with an M.A. degree in communication studies.[3]
In 2014, McAfee posted a cover of "Let It Go" on her blog.[4] In 2015, she signed with a New York voiceover agency, Don Buchwald, and now splits her time between Los Angeles and New York City.
