Ankur Warikoo

Ankur Warikoo is an Indian Internet entrepreneur and an author. He is the former CEO of Groupon India, co-founder & former CEO of Nearbuy. In 2021, he has published his first book Do Epic Shit.[1]

Education

Warikoo did PhD in astrophysics and then later drop out from Michigan University.[2]

Career

Warikoo started his career in 2008 by co-founding his first startup Accentium Web under which websites like Gaadi.com and Secondshaadi.com were run.[3] In 2011, he became the CEO of Groupon India.[4] In 2015, he became the CEO of Nearbuy.com. In 2019, he stepped down from Nearbuy.com.[5] In 2021, he published his first book Do Epic Shit.[6][7]
