Anjana Vasan
Anjana Vasan (born 31 January 1987) is a Singaporean actress and singer-songwriter based in London.[1] She gained prominence through her stage work, receiving an Evening Standard Theatre Award nomination for her performance in the 2019 production of A Doll's House.[2] As of 2021, she stars in the Channel 4 sitcom We Are Lady Parts.[3]

Early and personal life
Vasan was born in Chennai in India to a Tamil family and moved to Singapore when she was four.[4][5][6] She took theatre studies at the National University of Singapore before relocating to the United Kingdom, where she graduated in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Acting from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.[7][8]
