Ángela Castro
Ángela Melania Castro Chirivechz (born 21 February 1993) is a Bolivian race walker.[1] She competed in the women's 20 kilometres walk event at the 2016 Summer Olympics finishing in 18th place.[2][3] It was the best result ever for Bolivia in Olympic athletics.[4] She was the flag bearer for Bolivia during both the opening ceremony and closing ceremony.[5][6]

She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in Women's 20 km walk.[7] She won the 2021 Bolivian Race Walking Championship.[8]
