Andrey Gurulyov
Andrey Gurulyov (Russian: Андрей Викторович Гурулёв; born October 16, 1967, Moscow) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of 8th State Duma.[1]

From 2016 to 2019, he served as Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District. He took part in the Russian military intervention in the Syrian civil war. In 2019 he left the military service and was appointed Deputy Governor of Zabaykalsky Krai. Since September 2021, he has served as a deputy of the 8th State Duma.[1][2][3]
He is one of the members of the State Duma the United States Treasury sanctioned on 24 March 2022 in response to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[4]
