Alfonso Ruiz II
Alfonso Carbonell Ruiz II (born November 10, 1971) is a Filipino judge who is currently serving as associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines.[1]

Justice Ruiz was born on November 10, 1971, he is the son of Former Mayor Alfonso Ruiz.
Legal and judicial career
Court of appeals
on May 24, 2021, Judge Quiroz along with Michael P. Ong and Jennifer Joy Ong were appointed by President Rodrigo Duterte to fill the vacancies left by Justice Mario V. Lopez and Samuel Gaerlan who were both appointed to the Supreme Court as its 185th and 187th Associate Justice respectively and Maria Luisa Quijano-Padilla who compulsorily retired.[2]
