Alexander Ikonnikov
Alexander Vyacheslavovich Ikonnikov (Russian: Александр Вячеславович Иконников; born April 5, 1971) is Chairman of the Supervisory Board, independent Directors Association, expert in the field of corporate governance, member of the Board of Directors of several Russian and international companies.[1][2] He is a member of the expert Council on corporate governance and the Committee on the interpretation of provisions of the corporate governance Code the Bank of Russia.[3]
