Alessandro Miressi
Alessandro Miressi (born 2 October 1998) is an Italian swimmer.[2] He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in Men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay, winning a silver medal, and in Men's 4 × 100 metre medley relay, winning a bronze medal.[3]
Career
In 2018, Miressi competed in the men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay event at the European Championships, winning the silver medal.[4] He then won a gold in the 100 metre freestyle,[5] followed by a bronze in the mixed 4 × 100 metre medley relay. He is the holder of the Italian record in the 100 m freestyle, with 47.45 (2021).[6]
