Abdul Rahman Kunduzi
Maulavi Abdul Rahman Muslim, also known as Abdul-Rahman Kunduzi (Pashto: مولوی عبدالرحمن "کندوزی") is an Afghan Taliban politician who is currently serving as Governor of Samangan Province.[1][2] He was a Taliban commander who had been targeted by Germany at Kunduz in September 2009; instead the attack killed 100 villagers.
