A.P. Herbert's Misleading Cases was a BBC comedy-drama programme, based on A.P. Herbert's articles. It featured Roy Dotrice as Albert Haddock, the perpetual plaintiff, and Alastair Sim as Mr. Justice Swallow, the judge who usually dealt with his cases. It ran for three series, in 1967, 1968 and 1971.
