Zendik Farm
Zendik Farm, officially known as Zendik Farm Arts Cooperative, was a community of artists and environmentalists based in southeastern San Diego County.[1] It was founded by Wulf Zendik.[2]
Zendik is a Sanskrit language word for outlaw or heretic.[1] Their mission was to save the earth from ecollapse.[1] The community consisted of thirty-five people who preached that competition between people is evil; truth and co-operation are saviors.[1] They grew their own food and sew their clothes themselves.[1] Their headquarters had a library consisted of second-hand books and covered subjects such as practical first aid and esoteric philosophy.[1]
