Xoʻjayli District
Xoʻjayli District (Uzbek: Xoʻjayli tumani, Karakalpak: Xójeli rayonı) is a district of Karakalpakstan in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at the city Xoʻjayli.[1] In 2017 it lost part of its territory to the new Taxiatosh District.[2] Its area is 550 km2 (210 sq mi)[3] and it had 125,500 inhabitants in 2022.[4]

There is one city (Xo'jayli), one town (Vodnik) and seven rural communities (Amudaryo, Janajap, Koʻlob, Mustaqilik, Qumjiqqin, Sarichunkoʻl, Somonkoʻl).[1]
