WSST unmanned vehicles

WSST unmanned vehicles are uncrewed vehicles developed in the People's Republic of China (PRC) by Weihai Sky Sailing Technology Co. Ltd. (WSST, 威海天帆智能科技有限公司), most of which are in service with various Chinese governmental agencies/departments, and government-owned enterprises, as well as Chinese military.

  • Remote control range: 3 km

T160 USV

T160 is an electrically powered USV constructed of composite material, and adopts solar power for power by incorporating a 1.2 meter by 1 meter solar panel in the design.[6] Another unique feature of this USV is that the solar panel can be exchanged for a micro helipad of the same size for unmanned aerial vehicle (UVA) to take-off and land, thus enables the USV to carry UAV on board.[6] Specification:[6]

  • Length: 1.6 meter
  • Beam: 0.23 meter
  • Height: 0.25 meter
  • Payload: 60 kg
  • Maximum speed: 5 meter / second
  • Endurance: 6 hours
  • Remote control range: 3 km

T240 USV

T240 is the larger cousin of the smaller T160, and like its smaller cousin, T240 is also a catamaran hulled USV that is capable of carrying a UAV.[6] Like the smaller T160, T240 is also electrically powered, which is supplemented by onboard solar panel when it is installed in place of the micro-helipad).[6] Specification:[6]

  • Length: 2.4 meter
  • Beam: 0.33 meter
  • Height: 0.32 meter
  • Payload: 100 kg
  • Maximum speed: 5 meter / second
  • Endurance: 6 hours
  • Remote control range: 3 km

T380 USV

T380 is a USV constructed with composite material, and it is designed for surveying, sampling, and environmental monitoring missions [7] Specification:[7]
