Volodymyr Yatsuba
Volodymyr Hryhorovych Yatsuba (Ukrainian: Володимир Григорович Яцуба; born in 1 July 1947), is a Ukrainian politician who served as Governor of Sevastopol from 2011 to 2014.[3][4]
