Vega Alta is a small town in Camajuaní, Villa Clara, Cuba. It’s in the vicinity of the Sagua la Chica River, with and it has neighboring towns like Canoa, La Luz, Carmita, Pavón, La Quinta, Puente Pavón, and Encrucijada.

History
Vega Alta was founded in 1883 when the families of Rafael Pérez Borroto, Don Vicente Revuelta and Manuela Rodríguez settled there.[1]
