V. Manivannan

Viswalingam Manivannan (Tamil: விசுவலிங்கம் மணிவண்ணன், romanized: Vicuvaliṅkam Maṇivaṇṇaṉ) is a Sri Lankan Tamil politician belonging to the Tamil National People's Front.He is the Mayor of Jaffna.[1][2] He was arrested by the Sri Lanka's Terrorism Investigation Division and later released on bail.[3][4][5][6]
