- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, all matches scheduled for September 2020 were played behind closed doors.[4][5]
- The match, originally to be played at Ullevaal Stadion, Oslo, was moved to Estadio La Rosaleda, Málaga (Spain), due to the travel ban in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey.[9]
